Groups are welcome to visit on days when the Garden is not open to the public. This is ideal for groups who are travelling from a distance. It is also possible to arrange visits out of season and in the evening during the summer.
On these occasions we can offer an Introductory Talk about Sir Frederick and the History of the Gibberd Garden. This includes information about the design of the garden and the acquisition of many of the sculptures.
We are now able to offer access to The Gibberd Rooms where a steward will be available to answer questions. For further information about the Rooms please see the relevant page.
Visiting groups are welcome to bring their own lunch or we can provide morning coffee, light lunches or afternoon tea in the Barn Tearoom. Please ask for a list of prices.
The lane from the main road is 1/2 mile long and has three 90 degree turns. It is not suitable for large coaches. Lifts can be provided by prior arrangement.
