DESCRIPTION:Dear valued supporters\, we are writing to inform you that due to the persistent wet weather and the anticipated high winds this coming weekend\, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Carols in the Garden event scheduled for Saturday\, December 7th\, 2024. \nWe understand that this news may be disappointing\, as we were all looking forward to celebrating the festive season together in the beautiful garden setting. However\, the safety and comfort of our attendees\, performers and Volunteers are of utmost importance to us. \nCustomers who have booked for this event should have been sent an email from TicketSource (where an email address is available) notifying them of the cancellation. They will refund credit and debit card bookings in full including the booking fee. Customer refunds will be processed within two working days and the refunds will then take up to 14 days to appear back on the customers’ cards. \nWe sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause and appreciate your understanding given the circumstances.
